Description
TREMPRO® 830+ is a high performance exterior elastomeric sealant, designed to adhere to a variety of substrates that are commonly found in professional siding and window installations and manufacturing. It demonstrates superior physical properties regarding adhesion, vibration, movement, shear strength and weatherability. It provides a long-lasting elastomeric seal which helps to prevent water and air intrusion. It can be applied to wet/damp surfaces and in extreme weather conditions. It will not wash out when exposed to rain prior to full cure. Crackproof, waterproof and weatherproof. It is important to note that this sealant is self-tooling, paintable and passes VOC regulations and ASTM C920.
Basic Uses:
For siding applications, use with sill trim, flashings, fascia, J-trim, F-channel, and crown molding. Also used for sealing the perimeters
of wood, PVC, and aluminum residential windows and doors.
Typical substrates include metals, plastic, wood, foam, vinyl, drywall, glass, fiber cement, concrete, morter, brick, stone, fiberglass,
stucco, most common building materials. Manufacturing applications include but are not limited to vehicles, RV’s, cargo trailers, semi-
trailers, truck bodies, steel tanks, HVAC units, boats, metal buildings, modular construction, cabinets. In glazing applications,
TREMPRO® 830+ is used for face bedding, cap beads and sealing miter joints and mulling in window profiles.
