Refund policy
Firestop Caulking Supply Ltd. – Terms and Conditions Agreement
Certain products are sensitive to freeze or heat damage. FCS takes all necessary precautions to ensure proper shipping & storing of our products. However, FCS is not responsible for any damage caused by freezing or excessive heat once the products have left our shipping facility.
Returns will incur a 15% restocking fee if the item is in its original, manufacturer-sealed packaging, in re-sellable condition, and accompanied by the original invoice.
Products returned outside of the allowed time frame (15 days) will not be eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be issued for products past their expiry date.
Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Certain special orders are non-refundable.
